At GS Studio, we're committed to getting your studio lighting and backdrop systems to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing & Handling Times
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped out the same working day.
Processing Window: Depending on order volume, orders are typically shipped within 1–2 working days.
Business Days: We are open Monday to Saturday and ship out on every working day.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
West Malaysia: A flat rate of RM10.00 applies to all orders below RM100.00. Enjoy free shipping to West Malaysia on orders above RM100.00.
Klang Valley: Orders above RM1,000.00 qualify for free same-day delivery to addresses within the Klang Valley.
International Shipping: We currently ship within Malaysia only and do not deliver to international addresses.

3. Delivery & Tracking
Tracking Info: Once your order has shipped, we'll send your tracking number and a soft copy of your invoice via WhatsApp.
Carrier Partners: We ship via GDex, Pos Laju, Lalamove, and our own fleet of delivery vehicles.
4. Problem Resolution
Lost or Damaged Packages: Every parcel carries a sticker reminding you to record an unboxing video. Please film your unboxing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and send us the video. We'll process your claim and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages: Buyers are responsible for any costs incurred if an incorrect address is provided, or if a package is returned to us due to an unclaimed shipment.
