Questions people ask.
Is one light enough?
For most live selling and talking-to-camera setups, yes. One LitBox Plus placed near your camera gives you even light on your face. Add a second as a fill light later if you want to soften the shadow on the other side.
Does it come with a stand?
Yes — a 2m light stand is included, along with the softbox, bulb, grid, diffuser, remote and carry bag. Nothing else to buy to start shooting.
What is the difference between 105W and 150W?
The 150W is brighter, which matters if you use the honeycomb grid often or have more than one person on camera — the grid cuts some light to focus it. If you shoot alone at a desk, or rarely use the grid, the 105W is plenty and saves you RM26. You can always buy a 150W bulb later to upgrade.
Will it work with my phone camera?
Yes. It is flicker free, so it works with phones, mirrorless cameras and webcams, including high frame rate and slow motion recording.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm ship the same working day. Klang Valley usually arrives next day, and the rest of Malaysia within two to four working days.
What if something goes wrong?
It is covered by a local warranty, handled by us in Petaling Jaya. You deal with the people who made it, not an overseas seller or a support ticket in another timezone.
